Service Description

The hot compresses induce deep relaxation, relieves stress and fatigue, boosts both emotional and physical wellbeing, assists the alignment and postural integrity of the body. The massage uses a selection of therapeutic herbs, such as ginger, turmeric and lemongrass – which are wrapped in a muslin cloth and tied into a ball. The compresses can be used to perform deep kneading, petrissage or rolling movements on the body, whilst the heat will radiate down through the skin and in to the muscles, melting away tension and soreness. As the warm compress opens the pores, the various healing benefits of the herbs inside can be fully absorbed. The blend of traditional Thai herbs used in these compresses has a relaxing and invigorating effect on the body and mind, soothing sore and overworked muscles while giving the body's energy reserves a huge boost.
